I've been busy with work lately.
Being HP Salesforce Admin and Krave Minerale Cosmeceuticals ambassadress of beauty.
I need to work hard to earn money for my little boy's education and my coming baby.
Yeah, you read it right, I'm pregnant. :)
I am super excited about my second pregnancy and hoping for a girl.
The Chinese Calendar says it's going to be a girl but I am not sure if the predictions are TRUE.
I'm still crossing my fingers about it thou.

The Rainy A.S. Fortuna Street!

Rainy days are cool if you don't have to be out in them!
I want to stay at my room the whole day just stare at my window, watch the raindrops fall from the sky and wait for the rainbow. And I believe that GOD never promised sunshine everyday, sometimes you have those rainy days, but when life is gloomy just have FAITH... :)

But it's different this time, the location of our office is prone to flooding, it's located at A.S Fortuna Street in barangay Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu. I hope the city will soon be free from flooding as soon as the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) starts a project worth P45 million. This is to help address the perennial problem in the area which is considered as a major artery in the road network in the sixth district.

The appeal came after a report from DENR declaring that Cebu has the most number of barangays which are prone to landslides and flooding. The geohazard mapping by the Mines and Geosciences Bureau stated that seven barangays in Mandaue have been identified as susceptible to flooding and these barangays include Subangdaku, Mantuyong, Umapad, Opao, Alang-alang, Guizo, and Paknaan.“We thank DPWH Secretary Singson for heeding our appeal relative to the A.S Fortun project. We plan to continue coordinating with the DPWH on this project and hopefully the A.S. Fortuna-Hernan Cortes drainage facilities will be extended further to provide a lasting solution to this problem,” Quisumbing in  press release said. Yipey! =)

PROTECT IP / SOPA Breaks The Internet

It' really hard to ignore some negative issues surrounding us each day, and it may get too difficult to control nor bear. If you want people to respect you, show them respect. PROTECT-IP is a bill that has been introduced in the Senate and the House and is moving quickly through Congress. It gives the government and corporations the ability to censor the net, in the name of protecting "creativity". The law would let the government or corporations censor entire sites-- they just have to convince a judge that the site is "dedicated to copyright infringement."  


The government has already wrongly shut down sites without any recourse to the site owner. 
Under this bill, sharing a video with anything copyrighted in it, or what sites like Youtube and Twitter do, would be considered illegal behavior according to this bill. 


The bill defines infringement as distribution of illegal copies, counterfeit goods, or anti-digital rights management technology. Infringement exists if "facts or circumstances suggest [the site] is used, primarily as a means for engaging in, enabling, or facilitating the activities described."The bill says that it does not alter existing substantive trademark or copyright law. The bill provides for "enhancing enforcement against rogue websites operated and registered overseas" and authorizes the United States Department of Justice to seek a court order in rem against websites dedicated to infringing activities, if through due diligence, an individual owner or operator cannot be located.


The PROTECT IP Act says that an "information location tool shall take technically feasible and reasonable measures, as expeditiously as possible, to remove or disable access to the Internet site associated with the domain name set forth in the order". In addition, it must delete all hyperlinks to the offending "Internet site".



Technical objections to DNS blocking and redirection
The bill originally contained measures which would allow the stripping of rogue websites out of the Internet’s virtual "phone book." Under what is technically known as Domain Name System (DNS) blocking, if a user entered the web address of a rogue site, it would appear the site did not exist.

Bustier with Katy Perry

Long time no look post, right? Well, do forgive the mild hiatus, I’ve been busy — VERY busy. I know I have been using that as an “excuse”, haha! But seriously I really have been, but starting today, I will give extra time to my first love, which is blogging. SO! With that let’s get this started shall we?

Bustiers are back for summer, and no doubt they are a tricky piece of clothing. Don’t fear them, they can easily be worn in a tasteful manner that is appropriate for work, family functions, etc. 


Lately, I've been addicted with Bustier tops and dresses. I feel sexy wearing them. Just an FYI..
Bustier - a form-fitting garment for women, which is traditionally worn as lingerie. Its primary purpose is to push up the bust by tightening against the upper midriff and forcing the breasts up, while gently shaping the waist. Nowadays, it might also be worn as a push-up bra under a low-backed dress, or as a camisole for outer wear. The bustier can also be worn as a half-slip under diaphanous upper garments if a bold display of the midriff is not desired.

A bustier resembles a basque, but is shorter. It reaches down only to the ribs or waist.
Modern bustiers are often made with mesh panels rather than the traditional boning.

An example of wearing a bustier as both is wearing your lacy bustier under your blouse to work and then before you leave the office to meet friends for a drink, remove your blouse and you are all prepared to go. 
Your largest decision now will be which bustier or corset to wear, as the selections are limitless; there’s lots of colors, fabrics and styles to pick from. All of us have a small little bit of adventure inside us, and lingerie is a great way to express ourselves while looking brilliant and feeling even better.
